The winner, who wants to remain anonymous, won the $1 milli from a Texas Lottery scratch off, according to KWTX. The winner bought the tickets at the Smoke Zone at 107 East Loop 340 in Bellmead. And not only is the winner a winner, so is the store, which is eligible for a $10,000 retailer bonus! Congrats!!
