Waco Venue Adds Another Big Show, Bringing Snoop Dogg to CTX

Attention! This is not a drill! Snoop Dogg will be performing LIVE in Waco this summer.

According to a recent post from the Backyard Bar & Grill, Snoop Dogg will be taking the stage on July 5 at the Backyard located at 511 South 8th Street in Waco. The doors will open at 6 PM, and the party kicks off at 8:30 PM.

I honestly never imagined I would see the day! Snoop D-O-DOUBLE G? Live? In Waco? That is honestly LEGENDARY.

Tickets are on sale now for $90.00 and will be $105 the day of. The Backyard is seriously bringing live music back in a big way, and their upcoming line up is banging! The venue saw major success when they brought Nelly, and it looks like they're showing no signs of slowing down.

Just a few days ago, the venue announced that Lil Jon would be stopping in for a performance on June 4th. More summer concert shows are continuing to be announced, and Central Texans seem to be excited about the return of live music.

The Backyard looks to be booking popular artists from a variety of genres, and I am absolutely loving this approach. I have a bucket list of artists that I would love to see perform live, and Snoop Dogg is definitely one of them. At this rate, I'll be able to cross off a large portion of my list before the summer without even having to travel very far from the area.
