The popular mobile app Waitr has announced they have teamed up with some of your favorite restaurants in Killeen, Belton, and Temple to benefit needy families this holiday season.

There’s always the time for you to feel warm and fuzzy and now you can donate to the cause.

According to Fox 44, Waitr will collect non-perishable food items at several locations in Central Texas.

Killeen Locations

Two Sonic locations will have bins for drop-offs. They are located at 1306 E. Stan Schleuter and 5650 E. Central Texas Expressway.

 

Temple Has Drop Off Spots Too!

You can leave your donated items at Chef Ras Kitchen and located at 17 S. Main Street and the Thai Cafe at 109 W Central Avenue.

 

Belton Drop Off Locations

Clem Mikeska's in Belton on 2170 N. Main Street, Sonic at 2803 Oakmark Drive, and Narunya's at 316 E. Central.

 

There will Bands will be in each participating partner's location through the week of Christmas during normal business hours.

Of course, you aren't donating in hopes of receiving anything back, but those who drop off items will receive a coupon for free delivery with waitr the next time they use the service.
Non-perishable food items such as canned goods and bottled water are welcomed.
