Prepare to be whisked back to a time when Tamagotchis and Beanie Babies ruled the world.

If you grew up in the 90's like me, you know it was probably the best time to be a kid. Between the Saturday morning cartoon line up, and the amazing music provided by NKOTB and the Backstreet Boys, it was a pretty magical time. But the best part? Clearly the toys! Below I've included pictures of some of the best toys from the 90's. Take a journey back to a time when scrunchies and Spice Girls were all the rage by browsing the pics below!

BarbieIt's only right to start the list with the Queen Bee herself. Barbie taught girls they could achieve any goal, as long as their hair looked FAB while they did it!(side note: I don't know about you, but my Barbie plot lines I came up with were similar to a day time soap opera...I think my mom was actually worried!)

Giga Pets/Tamagotchis- I'm pretty sure my giga pet died on the reg. Way to teach kids about responsibility the hard way!

Pretty Pretty Princess- This game taught girls that whoever ends up with the most jewelry wins life. And fyi, I dominated this game.

Furby- I begged for one of these for months! When I finally got one, I realized they are actually the spawn of you know who, and abruptly threw mine against a wall in fear.

Happy Meal Toys-When it came to kid's meal toys, McDonald's was the OG. Their toy's were the BEST, unless you ended up getting two of the same Barbies on back to back visits!

Beanie Babies- You can't talk about the 90's without mentioning Beanie Babies. I remember my most treasured one was the Princess Diana bear (below). Sadly, all my Beanie Babies got lost in a move. Goodbye promised fortune!

Easy Bake Oven-This is how I realized I suck at cooking.

American Girl Dolls-These were always the elusive "Pussy Cat Swallowtails" of my toy collection. (Did anyone get that Gilligan's Island reference?) I never actually owned an American Girl doll, probably because they cost $34543645643 dollars. But I did own the books. Samantha was the dream, and I'm not gonna act like I haven't thought about buying one on EBAY every now and then!
