Police in Austin responded to call from employees at an H-E-B store saying that a man and woman were riding the store's electric carts outside and wouldn't leave, even after being asked, according to CBS 4. The man, Tracy Owens, got upset that he was asked to leave by a security guard. When an Austin police officer tried to arrest him, he pulled away and hit the officer with a bag of chips! He also allegedly punched the officer in the throat before trying to run away. The officer tasered Owens, which stopped him. When police tried to put him in the vehicle, he head-butted another officer. Owens is charged with assault on a peace officer, a second-degree felony.
