
Bryan Police Officer Charged With Invasive Visual Recording
A former Bryan Police officer has been arrested and charged with invasive visual recording!
Brazos County Jail via KXXV.com
Paul Silva turned himself into the Bryan Police Department after allegedly recording video of an intimate encounter with a woman, without her knowledge or permission, according to KXXV. Silva was not on duty when the alleged incident happened.
