Card Skimmer Found On Air Pump At 7-Eleven Store

Police are urging 7-Eleven customers to check their bank statements.

According to KWTX, Officers discovered a card skimmer on an air pump at the 5801 Woodway Dr. location. After responding to a call from a customer, it was discovered that a pump had been tampered with.

A skimmer is used to pick up credit card numbers to complete fraud so authorities are urging customers who used credit cards at the air pump to check statements.
