
College Station Man Arrested For Sexual Assault, Kidnapping And Burglary
A College Station man has been arrested and charged with kidnapping, burglary and sexual assault!

College Station police said arrested a man who kidnapped and sexually assaulted a woman who was was jogging after he had burglarized a home, according to KXXV. Raymond Bailey Jr. was arrested after police was called to the 700 block of Highland Street. A resident at the home said Bailey was at the door and demanded entry to the home. When police arrived and approached him, he allegedly hit the officer's vehicle with his hand and began to make erratic and sexual comments. Then a vehicle pulled up next to police, where another victim, said that Bailey had kidnapped her and sexually assaulted her while she was jogging on Luther St..
