
Fort Hood Soldier Arrested After Police Chase
A soldier from Fort Hood is in custody after leading police on a chase Tuesday!
The as-of-now unnamed soldier was speeding by Crest Drive on southbound Interstate 35, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety. Authorities say the soldier exited I-35 at Behrens Circle, where he hit a curb, went airborne and crashed in the Delta Inn sign, according to KXXV. Speeds reached more than 100 miles per hour in the chase. The soldier was arrested and charged with felony evading arrest and is currently at the McLennan County Jail.
