Bloomin’ Temple Festival presented by H-E-B will be Friday, April 28th and Saturday, April 29th, near E. Central Avenue and S. 4th Street in downtown, according to a press release issued by Jonathan Logue, Marketing Coordinator for Temple Parks and Recreation.
