Killeen Police Investigate Homicide on Wales Circle

Killeen Police are investigating an overnight murder on Wales Circle.

According to a news release from the Killeen Police Department, police responded to a shots fired call at the 2300 block of Wales Circle, around 3:09 a.m. on July 16th. When they arrived, the release states that police found the body of a 29 year-old man in the street with a gunshot wound. The victim died from his wounds and was pronounced dead at 5:35 a.m. Detectives are continuing to investigate.
