Man Arrested For Hit-And-Run That Injured Fort Hood Soldier [Video]

Killeen police arrested a man in connection with the hit-and-run that injured a Fort Hood soldier! Chance Biels was arrested on Thursday and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, according to KXXV.

Beils hit the female soldier in the 2600 block of Savage Drive on Saturday on September 23. Police are not releasing the name of the victim at this time.
