Should Daylight Savings Time come to an end in Texas?
Now, this is interesting!
About two months ago I wrote an article about how Daylight savings time made me tired the day after losing that hour and how it takes a toll but you eventually get used to it.
CBS Austin reports that on November 5th ballot Texas voters will decide whether the state should honor daylight savings time permanently or be exempt from the other states altogether.
What this basically means is Texans won’t have to change their clocks twice yearly!
Texas State Representative Lyle Larson told the statesman.com that: “Pick standard or pick daylight. We’ll all adjust. But it’s idiotic for society as modern as we are that we continue to switch our clocks to try to gain an advantage. It’s the same amount of daylight. Let’s quit switching the clocks"
