Temple Man Charged With Murdering 1-Year-Old And Her Mother

A man has been arrested and charged with killing his 1-year-old and her mother!

The McLennan County Sheriff's Office arrested Chris Weiss for the double homicide at Tradinghouse Creek Reservoir, according to KXXV! Weiss, who is from the Waco-Bellmead area, was arrested Tuesday around 5:15 p.m. in Temple, where he had been living. Deputies had his home under surveillance, when he left his home deputies followed him and pulled him over for a traffic stop. During the stop, deputies found a weapon in his vehicle. He was charged with two counts of capital murder, with a bond of $1 million.
