U.S. Representative Jeb Hensarling, a Republican from Dallas says it's time for people who live in flood zones to move! He has a problem with taxpayers paying for the damage caused by hurricanes, such as Harvey! He was a guest on CNBC during a segment on flood insurance and insisted that taxpayers shouldn't continually pay to rebuild at-risk homes that have flooded over and over again, according to KWTX. He said, "At some point, God is telling you to move." President Trump has signed a bill giving $15 billion in aid for Hurricane Harvey, which incorporated an extension of the federal flood insurance program.
