Texas Meth Mom Finally Arrested After Being On The Run

A mother in Abilene, who has been on the run, has finally been arrested after her three children tested positive for meth!

Ashley Rodriguez was captured Tuesday and arrested for Endangering a Child and other unrelated warrants, according to Big Country. Officers went to her home in March of this year to check on her after she threatened to commit suicide. She's being held on a $25,000 bond. Rodriguez was a featured fugitive as part of the Abilene Police Department's social media initiative two weeks ago. Police didn't find her at the home, but her three kids, all under 15, were being watched by a friend. Police noticed "drug paraphernalia was discovered in the home easily accessible by the children." CPS launched an investigation and drug tested each of the kids, who "all were found to have methamphetamine in their system," according to documents.
