Killeen, This Guy Robbed Two Stores Back To Back – Do You Recognize Him?
We’ve all heard of isolated incidents of armed robbery, but one guy figured he’d rob two stores with one gun in Killeen.
The First Store
According to KWTX, last night in Killeen a convenient store was robbed by a masked gunman.
The store located at 2000 Trimmier Road was hit at around 9:21 PM.
The robbery, which was caught on surveillance camera, shows that the suspect is an African-American man who wore a ski mask, black Adidas jacket, and a gray hood over his head with gray sweatpants.
Police say that after demanding money from the store, the robber fled on foot.
The Second Robbery
I assume what he got from the first store wasn't enough, or he figured he would see how many stores he could rob, because approximately 10 minutes later he robbed another store located at 1000 S. WS Young Drive in Killeen. Again, he showed a gun to an employee and demanded all the cash he could get.
Luckily there were no injuries and no one got shot.
As you can see, the guy didn’t waste any time. He hit one store, then decided to press his luck and go for a double. Sadly, he seems to have gotten away with it for now, but police are hoping someone out there will have some information that will help them bring this suspect in.
Police are saying he stands 5 foot, 10 inches tall. If you have any tips, get in touch with Bell County Crimestoppers at 254-526-8467 (TIPS) or online at bellcountycrimestoppers.com.
