Waco Man Arrested In Fatal Hit-And-Run
A Waco man has been arrested for a fatal accident that happened on Christmas Eve.

Kevin McAndrew, 59-year-old man, from Hewitt, was hit by a vehicle and was killed on Christmas Eve, according to KXXV. Police believe that he may have mistakenly left items on the top of his car, after finishing shopping. When he left the parking lot, those items fell off the top of his car. Police believe he stopped and parked on the shoulder of the road. When he walked into the road to get his stuff, he was hit by a vehicle and was pronounced dead on site. Randall Worley has now been arrested and charged with failure to stop and render aid-death.
